Strange Days... Indeed - #207

My Take On It
Good evening ladies and gentlemen and all the ships at sea. We have late breaking news for you this evening that is nothing short of extraordinary. It has come to the attention of yours truly that Mr. Errol Bruce-Knapp, Host of Strange Days...Indeed and moderator of The UFO UpDates List is... is... a Covert Government agent. At least that is the title of one of the posts on the UFO UpDates List this past week. Ace-snoop investigator, J.B. - as in bothersome - Michaels, through his obviously relentless efforts and painstaking research tracked down a website that has blown Mr. Bruce-Knapp's cover away like a cold wind blows away the leaves on a fall day. Mr. Michaels conveniently posted the shockingly explicit URL for all of us to go see and please be warned gentle listener, if you go and read the evidence, it may be so graphic that you will lose your dinner - or lunch - or breakfast, depending on where you are in the world. I'll highlight some of the least scary details of what you'll find posted there. Mr. Knapp is employed by a U.S. Government agency simply known as C-12 and received his training in Fort Meade, Maryland. Some of the identities he has used in the past include... 'Dean' (Makes you wonder if there really is a Dean in the Strange Days... Indeed Control Room, doesn't it?) and... even scarier than that one is... 'Pudin Tang'. But Mr. Michaels cannot take the credit for outing Mr. Bruce- Knapp. That has to go to the brave individual who has posted the page, Ed 'Honestly, it really is all a Conspiracy)' Wang. According to Mr. Wang, Mr. Bruce-Knapp has unlimited resources to pull the wool over all our eyes and even uses the services of... Ohmigod... mercs, which according to Mr. Wang are, and I quote, "guys whose job in life is to make it troublesome for you and me." end-quote. Now the confusing aspect of all of this is that the original post by Ed Wang is dated, Wednesday, 23rd of December, 1998 - meaning what took Mr. Michaels so long to find this evidence and warn us of the most nefarious Mr. Errol Bruce-Knapp? Perhaps the reason... (and I'm going out on a limb here)... that it took so long is that anyone who has known Errol Bruce-Knapp for longer than five minutes probably laughed themselves silly and didn't even bother to give that stupid web page any kind of credence at all. Now I'm going to try and put this to bed as best as I possibly can. If Mr. Michaels had done any legwork at all, he would have found out without too much digging that there are a bunch of us around who knew Errol Bruce-Knapp long before he had any interest whatsoever in UFO's. (Oh, I'm sorry wait a second, I guess all of us who would speak up in Errol's defense are his henchmen and fellow conspirators and what we say won't mean a thing.) However to attempt to put this in perspective, I may write novels about Secret Agents and conspiracies but I'm not any kind of government agent and I really don't think John Velez, Don Ledger, Victor Viggiani, or any of the other people involved in Strange Days... Indeed have any Double-O designations. To be perfectly blunt, Errol Bruce-Knapp is about as much of a covert government agent as our family cat is really a rabbit in disguise. But that's just my take on it..... |
